This website is operated by Kringlebrick. By visiting or buying from our store, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products and prices

We do our best to display products, colors and images accurately. Prices may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you confirm your order. Promotions with an end date are valid until the date shown.

2. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, lack of stock or suspected fraud. If you have already been charged, we'll refund you in full.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. We don't store your card details.

4. Shipping, returns and guarantee

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping policy and our Refund and return policy, which are part of these terms. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

5. Product safety

Some products contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. Always follow each product's age and usage guidance.

6. Intellectual property

The text, images and designs on this site belong to Kringlebrick or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kringlebrick is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or the products.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence.
